The course consists of a Missouri pre-exam Salesperson course and the 24 hours Missouri Real Estate Practice course. The real estate course will cover topics like property ownership and land use regulations, real estate agency laws and fiduciary relationships, property valuation tactics, financing options, mortgages, property transfers, real estate practices, and disclosures and contracts. Real estate courses are designed to provide you with the principles and practices required to sell real estate in Missouri.
The exam is proctored by PSI and the passing requirements for the national portion and state portion are 70% or higher and 75% or higher, respectively. ($62)
Once you have completed and passed your final exam, you will need to submit fingerprints by using IDEMIA (IdentoGO) and complete a Missouri state and federal criminal history background check. ($41)
